One More Day....

Well the weekend is fast approaching, and I am sure you know what that means! Cook outs and BEER! Who doesn't like cook outs and beer? It is damn un-American to not! Especially when the reason for said cook outs and beer is an American Holiday!

This holiday holds some good fortune for me... I get to see Paul! Malissa! and Henry! They all live in The UP now, and I haven't seen them in eight or nine months. Who are Paul, Malissa and Henry you ask?

Paul is a very good friend of mine and my old college roommate. We met in an easier time. A time of Phillosophy and learning. OK, we met in Philosophy class at Penn State Worthington Campus. From there we became very good friends. The friendship blossomed into long walks and movies.

OK Penn State Main Campus is very large and we had to walk a lot to get to class and well to get anywhere. And Paul was a film major, and I to love to watch movies, so we watched a lot of movies, with a lot of take out. But I will add, Paul was a pretty good cook, so we often ate well at home.

Any way, they are all coming to town this weekend for Memorial Day and bringing some really great Beers from up their way. And of course I am going to get to hear all about the Bearwalker and the hunting camps.

Now what do I do for the next 36 hours? Well, I will go for a bike ride or two, cook a new chicken recipe, watch some TV, play guitar sweat and wait.

That is all, carry on.

I'm a MAN!

Although with the way my back feels right now, an old man.

This was far more work than you think it was, and we almost flipped the truck in the process. But this looks great. And the rocks go all the way around against the fence. The octagon is not done yet. we are going to build benches on it. but there were a few other projects that required our attention first.

That is all, carry on.
